Really bad service department. Phone calls aren't returned and the work isn't done on time. Our car was kept over night with no warning im advance. I would find another place to service your car.

I picked up my new Q3 and I'm very satisfied. Amazing service from Atdhe and Kathleen. Atdhe went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. He stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. By far the best purchasing experience. Thanks!

The sales people at this location are very disengaged and disorganized. They are not transparent at all. I received my brand new Q3 with a scuff (that they pretended to not see), they charged me additional fees for a feature I did not ask for, I did not receive a gift bag for my purchase (which is standard), and there were 0 updates on the delivery date (even after assuring me that it would not take long) despite me telling them that I needed a vehicle after giving my previous one away. Go to a different location if you want to buy an Audi.

I purchased an Audi Q5 from Audi Ottawa a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The transaction was seamless from start to finish and consistency for providing an excellent and unique experience for the customer is clearly a priority for this team! Jack-Ryan (Audi Care Specialist) and his colleagues Carolyn (Business Office Executive) and Jordi (Delivery Specialist) demonstrated a 10/10 on all fronts - professionalism, care for the customer, clarity, knowledge of the product and services, positivity and understanding of the client’s needs. The receptionists were also very welcoming and accommodating and I felt a sense of team right when I walked in. I recommend Audi Ottawa to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and high quality car buying experience. Thank you Audi Ottawa!
